What we check
- Shingle condition, granule loss and remaining life
- Flashing at chimneys, walls, skylights and valleys
- Pipe boots, vents and exhaust caps
- Gutters, downspouts and the drip edge
- Attic ventilation, insulation and signs of moisture or deck damage
- Storm damage from hail or wind
When to get an inspection
Have your roof inspected after any major hail or wind storm, before you buy or sell a home, when the roof is more than 15 years old, or any time you notice a stain, a draft or shingles in the yard. Catching a small problem early is what keeps a repair from turning into a replacement.
What you get
You get clear photos of anything we find and a plain-language recommendation: leave it alone, repair it, or plan for a replacement. If work is needed, we give you a written price. If the roof is in good shape, we tell you that too.
