Repair, restore or replace
Ponding water, split seams, blistered membrane and failed flashing at curbs and parapets cause most flat roof leaks. Many of these are repairable. When the membrane is worn but the insulation underneath is dry, a coating system can add years of life for a fraction of the cost of a tear-off. When the insulation is saturated, replacement is the only fix that lasts. We test before we recommend.
Working around your business
We schedule noisy work around your hours when we can, keep the site clean and safe, and give you a single point of contact for the whole job. We can also set up a maintenance plan with inspections each spring and fall.
